LTATM Store Policies

Order Processing & Shipping

  • All LTATM products are made-to-order and fulfilled through Fourthwall.

  • Orders typically ship within 3–7 business days (processing times may vary during peak seasons).

  • You’ll receive tracking information as soon as your order ships.

  • International orders may experience additional delays due to customs clearance or transportation issues outside our control.

Returns, Exchanges & Refunds

  • Because items are custom-made, we do not accept returns or exchanges unless your item is damaged or defective.

  • If your order arrives damaged, contact us at [email coming soon] within 7 days of delivery and include photos of the item and packaging.

  • LTATM reserves the right to deny refund requests if the claim cannot be verified.

  • Refunds are not issued for:

    • Buyer’s remorse

    • Incorrect sizing

    • Delays caused by shipping carriers or customs

International Orders

  • Customers are responsible for any customs fees, import taxes, or duties charged by their country.

  • Shipping times vary internationally and may be longer than domestic orders.

Cancellations & Order Changes

  • Orders are sent directly to Fourthwall for fulfillment.

  • If you need to cancel or modify an order, email us within 12 hours of purchase. We will do our best to accommodate your request, but changes are not guaranteed once production has started.
