Polls During the Event:
- You can launch a poll with each trivia question, giving members multiple choices (or allow them to write their answers if you prefer open-ended questions).
- After each poll, you can review the answers live, giving the event a "game show" feel.
Engagement:
- Zoom allows members to use the chat to make comments, guesses, or even cheer for their favorite teams (staff vs. everyone else).
- You could also have members use the reactions (thumbs up, applause, etc.) to participate in a fun way between rounds.
Recording:
- Since it’s a Zoom meeting, you can easily record the whole session and share it later with members before it goes public.
Private Poll Links:
- For members who might not be able to attend live, you could send them a link to a post-event poll or a form where they can still answer questions and be part of the action.

Live Chat or Comments (if streaming live): If you decide to stream a portion live or open it up for comments later, members can submit their answers in the chat/comments. You could pause between rounds and read out a few responses from members.
Google Form or Polls: For a pre-recorded format, you could set up a form for members to submit answers. After watching the trivia podcast, they could fill out the form with their answers. This could be a fun way to include them while keeping it organized.

You could also create interactive trivia where they answer on a quiz platform (like Kahoot or Slido) that can automatically tally their responses, and at the end of the episode, you reveal the winner(s). The tool could send them a link to play along after the episode airs.

Members could receive points for correct answers, and at the end of the night, you can announce the top participants and give them a shoutout or a prize.
Or you can have bonus rounds where members can earn extra points for submitting fun facts, music trivia related to the themes, or even share their own trivia questions with the group.
